How long does delivery take?

We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard shipping usually takes 5-8 business days, while express shipping takes 2-3 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the current demand for our products.

Note: Shipping times are calculated after product has been manufactured, fulfilled and handed over to the courier. Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within Canada. If you require us to ship to an international destination, please contact us, and we'll do what we can to assist you. Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options available, so feel free to reach out to us with your specific international shipping needs. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card and American Express. We also accept PayPal and offline payments.

I placed an order but was notified that an item I ordered is out of stock, What should I do?

If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified via email. In this situation, you have a few options to choose from:

1. You can request a refund for the out-of-stock item, and the amount will be credited back to your original form of payment.

2. You can choose an alternate product of equal value to replace the out-of-stock item in your order.

3. If you prefer, you can request a store credit in the form of a discount code that can be applied to your next order.

I placed an order but changed my mind and would like to cancel my order. What should I do?

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. However, products are put into production in 3 business days, once your order has been sent to the manufacture you are unable to cancel your order. If you still wish to cancel your order within the 48-hour window, please contact our customer service team here with your order number and request for cancellation. We will do our best to assist you with your cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
